We are committed to delivering fresh, premium Jamaican seamoss products while maintaining the highest quality standards.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

LOCAL DELIVERY

MOSS'D offers local delivery throughout select areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Delivery availability, fees, and scheduling may vary based on location and order volume.

Customers will receive delivery updates when available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

Customers will receive pickup instructions after their order has been confirmed.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to approved locations within the United States where product quality can be reasonably maintained during transit.

Because our products are perishable, shipping schedules may be adjusted based on weather conditions, holidays, or carrier service disruptions.

PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

All MOSS'D products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Failure to refrigerate products promptly may affect quality and freshness.

MOSS'D is not responsible for products that are improperly stored after delivery or pickup.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MOSS'D is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, MOSS'D is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Holidays
• Other events outside our control

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the package
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
